Nursing Student Flow Sheet

I was wandering if anyone had any helpful flowsheets nurses use on the floor on a given day. I would like to become more organized when planning for meds, procedures, etc.

    Hopefully the attachment I added will show up, and you will be able to open it. I use this during report on every one of my patients at clinical.
