Intro and Looking for Home Health Nurses

Hi, I'm new here. I've been a nurse longer than I'll admit to :) and have worked med/surg, oncology, ortho, psych, D&A, hospice, ltc and post acute rehab.

Years ago I worked in home health and have now returned to that arena. It's very different now. But part of that is that the agency I'm with doesn't do things the same way as my former agency. Between those two things, I'm feeling a little discombobulated.

Are there any home health RN's on here that would be willing to answer some questions?

Thanks in advance

Sorry I've been out of home health too long to have any useful information for you. However I do know that since Oasis the paperwork is unbelievable. If your agency uses computer charting and you are computer savvy it might not be too bad. In any case I wish you the best of luck.
