Blood Transfusion reduced patient's chances of getting kidney transplant? why??

I was reading this dialysis tech book. The topic is all about anemia and causes of it.It says blood transfusion is reducing patients chances of getting transplant. It doesn't have rationale thats why I'm kinda confused, can anybody here explain it to me why?? Thanks

Blood transfusions can negatively affect patients on kidney transplant waiting lists. During a blood transfusion the body is exposed to the tissues of another human being. Exposure to the donated blood causes the body to create antibodies against it.

Having anti-human antibodies in the blood that react with the tissue type of the kidney donor causes organ rejection. The antibodies in your blood attack and damage the kidney immediately after transplant. ..
