how to apply for endorsement from Ca to minnesota? im a foreign educated RN.

    Just look on the Minnesota BON website and follow instructions, if you have a license you endorse if you have no license (because CA will not issue a license without a SSN) then you can't endorse and usually have to start from scratch

    Not all BONS will accept VSC instead of cred eval so you really need to ask them
