Bipolar Disorder: NCLEX on Dec 16th

I graduated with a BS in December 2004. Took My first NCLEX in March and failed it; took the second NCLEX in June 2005 and failed it. As a result lost my job and with the job I lost respect for myself. I felt humiliated, stupid, failure, and worthless. I told myself never to look back again and not to take the exam again. I have never failed an exam before. This exam made me feel like I am a dumb worthless person. Years passed by, but I was never happy with my life the way I should have been. There was a void, like something is missing.

Finally this year, in September I thought I have to try it again. I completed nursing school to be a Nurse. What am I doing now? I need to take and pass this exam. I talked to my wife and she was thrilled. Before this last time, she use to beg me to take it. Every time she brought it up, it would end up in a fight. Anyhow, I started studing for it. On November 12th I started Kaplan and finished the in class review on November 23rd. Yesterday I scheduled my exam and its going to be on December 16th.

I am looking for your help and comments on how I am preparing. I have review most of the material. I still need some more, but I have a little bit of time left. On my Diagnostic Kaplan I got 53% and on my readiness exam I ended up with 64%. The result have given me hope. I am doing Qbank questions too and I am scoring an average of 54% on them. I know thats not where I want it, so I have to study more. I still have to do the Q trainer questions. I am thinking to still take more time and study more of Adult and Med surge part and in last 2 weeks I want to go over Pharm and Pshyc again along with some pratctice questions.

I feel like very optimistic and it feels like the right time, however, 2 previous failures have made me very nervous. I feel happy one moment that I will pass it and then the second moment I feel so depressed and anxious that wha If I fail? Ding Ding Ding Bipolar Disorder?? :D nope I have never been diagnosed with any psych problems and thank God for that. Please tell me what you think. I have posted before but got no input. Everyones time and input is really appreciated.

just keep doing the questions. and when you are, just focus on that question. don't think about anything else. you seemed really stressed =P just shrug that off and keep going. try to study for about 4 hours and take small breaks. keep believing in yourself. just because you failed before, doesn't mean you should keep yourself behind. no!! you should even push yourself more and more and prove to YOURSELF, that you can do it. anything is possible if you put your mind and heart to it. use your wife as an inspiration too! seems like you definitely have her support :] goooooood luck!!!

just keep on answering questions. kaya mo yan! gud luck!
