Standard precautcions

Have any of you had to take the Exsposure control precautions test? It is about standard precautions we must use when dealing with infectious patiants, blood, body fluids etc... We will take it tommorow and have to have a 100 on it before we begin our clinicals. I was wondering if it was very hard or just common sense questions.

Totally common sense questions! Just remember handwashing is the single most effective way to break the chain of infections, know contact precautions, airborne precautions, etc. Anyway, don't sweat it. If you have common sense, you will pass. Good luck!

What pokey said. Don't pick your nose then change a dressing, etc. Common sense. Know the chain of infection and you're good to go. :)
