I had a talk with someone from the college network about their LPN to RN. They promised to pay for the cost of the whole program at 12% which is to high a interest rate. What does any one know about college network.

The College Network is not an LPN-to-RN program or a degree-granting institution. The College Network is nothing more than a publishing company engaged in the business of selling study materials that eventually lead to a nursing degree from either Excelsior or ISU. Therefore, Excelsior or ISU are the schools you're really dealing with.

Most people are able to earn their LPN-to-RN bridge program nursing degree from ISU or Excelsior without ever going through expensive publishing companies such as the College Network. In addition, people have attempted to get out of contracts drawn by TCN, and all were unsuccessful.
