"On-Call" Pay for Cardiac Cath? New York City Rate?

"On-Call" Pay for Cardiac Cath? New York City Rate?

How does my hospital compare? For hours spent "on-call," i.e., available to work for a specified time, e.g., 12 midnight to 8 a.m. (and able to get to the hospital within 45 minutes), we receive pay as follows: 3/4 time PER HOUR if not called in and TIME-and-one-HALF if actually reporting to the hospital for emergency work. Thanks!

[i apologize for posting this if there already are threads discussing this, but when I performed a keyword search for "on-call pay", I got EVERY posting that had ANY of those 3 words: "on" "call" and "pay"]
