I am making it, but some days I feel just barely. Have had 3 tests so far...got and 81, 80, and a 90. Have passed all check offs as well......clinicals start next week....

Paperwork is a different story.....have had to redo everything so far except for my physical assessment. Got 1 Unsatisfactory...redid and got satisfactory....all other paperwork got needs improvement on and redo.....they say it is a learning process and we will have to redo everything so......it still sucks,lol.

How is everyone else??

I can't WAIT for spring break! This semester is kicking my butt! I'd done a ton of check offs in just 7 weeks of classes and there's no end in sight! :chuckle

I also have 3 care plans due mon and tues and 3 exams this next week! CALGONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN take me away!

But so far, I'm passing everything and that's all that matters in the end! :chuckle

I am doing great. I have a 96, 94 on my tests, 92 on assessment quiz, 95 on math test (HOW did that happen??? woohooo), and doing wonderfully in my paperwork (aah the fine art of bull carnarky, lol). I am also doing very well in my other classes, on the cusp of an A in nutrition and Human growth, and I have a solid A in med term. Now, if I can just keep this up! I really want all A's and my mind is telling me that I shouldn't worry about that, but I know me and I know I won't be happy unless I get them. We'll see. :)

Just been browsing through the mail and came upon yours. It is fun reading these since you're apparently still in school. Just hang in there and you'll see how it was all worth it. I've been a nurse now for about six years and am very happy with my accomplishments. But I keep thinking back to when I was in school and I wonder how much we were taught and I don't remember. When I get a patient with a diagnosis that doesn't sound familiar, I take out the books. It seems like you're never finished. We have ADN and BSN students here, they ask a lot of questions and that stimulates us to go back and refresh. Thanks for the memories.

we are having our final in adult health i on wednesday. if one does not pass this course, one is not able to continue on to maternal child nursing/ob for the remaining weeks of this semester which starts monday week. it is comprehensive plus 5 new chapters.

keep me in your prayers and i will do the same for each of you.

Laying back and watching everyone else in their emotional hell while I relish in the thought of not having midterms or FINALS!!!

Got a lab practicle saturday for AnP 2.

Oh yeah its gonna suck.

At least its been easier than AnP 1.

hmm....doing pretty well myself.....i thought peds and ob would kick my booty, but i am doing okay!!

i just got my peds test score back and i got a 96%.....yeah, i'm pretty sure that is about the highest test score i have EVER had in nursing school.....i'm still in shock!

I'm doing fairly well. My average in Med/Surg is 87 and Pharm is 85.
