75q failed 1st time, passed 2nd

Hi everyone, i was wondering has anyone taken the nclex and not pass the 1st attempt with 75 questions, but pass the 2nd attempt with 75q. If so would you tell how you prepared differently? I know anything is possible, I'm just wondering how possible or likely it is to bomb it real bad then redeem yourself and pass with the minimum amount of questions. I'm hoping I myself can do so. However, I wouldn't care how many questions i got next time as long as i pass.

The number of questions means nothing in determining if one has passed the exam. You are going to have to wait to get your results, or you will just give yourself an ulcer and this is not something that you need to be doing.

Best of luck to you.
