PearsonVue bug? or what... help.

I just created a new account at pearsonvue and thought to have completed the whole process, by the time i sent all my details and paid for the $200 fee via credit card, i just realized that i did not saw that page where you have to create your own username. it just skipped. dumb as it may sound, i already spent $200 and i don't know my username or password for that matter... is this normal or what...

That's weird...I would call them. Call their customer service and they might be ablt to look into it. Good luck!

I just tried calling them now but it's not within office hours yet. I tried registering using my fathers demographic data, it asked me to create a username in the process but i did not pay for it of course, then i decided to make reregister myself and then this weird thing happened again, it skipped the username page again.

if you have supplied them with yur email address, the account has been created for you and will be sent via email. pls check your email first including the junk mail, wait for few hours, if it isnt there, pls call them.
