Transfer of License

Has anyone transferred their license from Indiana to Illinois? If so, how long did it take to get your temp. license. I'm in the process of waiting, and I'm anxious!

You do not transfer a license. You apply for what they call "endorsement" in the new state. It will up to you whether or not you hold on to your original license when it is do for renewal.

Illinois has been known to take a couple of months for processing.

Oh yeah, I know endorsement. I'm not sure why I put "Transfer", just seemed easier to type. It's even a couple months for the processing? Geez, Illinois is SLOW! :) Thanks for the reply.
