How about a forum for unions?

I am a shop steward in my union and I would just looooooove a forum for unions and especially shop stewards to talk strategy and share experiences. Any takers? Of course we couldn't discuss specific cases but at least generalized situations. I know there are managers on this site and we would just have to keep that in mind-

Wouldn't that fall under Nursing Activism?

Wouldn't that fall under Nursing Activism?

I guess. I was sort of looking for something where experienced union people could be of help to each other and I'm afraid that just randomly posting to the nursing activism forum would lead to alot of opinions from inexperienced people or those who just want to criticize unions in general or discuss some point they researched for their senior year paper on unions. Ya know what I mean? No offense intended, just a little thought from a gal that wants to do her best.

I didn't know whether it would or not.

If a separate forum doesn't happen, why not a Union Sticky?

I just wonder why a forum for male nurses is OK, but not union folk. Isn't there a forum for nurses in management? Hmmmmmmm.

There is a management forum, as for the first question, i've asked it before lol. It wasn't well-received.
