Twenty years ago I got my first job as an RN being a Case Manager in home care.  After many years of nursing in different specialties and college degrees, I find myself back at the home care agency where I got my start.  I am promoted to Clinical Manager/Educator.  It is amazing to experience the evolution of my career.
