WSU Nursing Spring 2013

Hi there! I am currently waiting for a letter, too. I applied to the Yakima campus. I haven't gotten anything yet...the suspense is killing me! What campus did you apply to-aastroud?

I applied for the Spokane campus. I am hoping that maybe I get something tomorrow.

I was wondering if anyone had heard anything about the acceptance letters yet. I know it's still a little early, but the letter for the interview said we should know by the 9th. It's basically all I can think about at this point.

Anything yet? I haven't gotten a letter. I think the mail should be coming any minute now. Ugh, I can hardly concentrate on my homework! Must. Learn. Organic chem.

Haha. I have a biochem test today that I've had major difficulty studying for. I haven't heard anything yet. I'm hoping to hear something today. If not, I might go ahead and call the school to see if and when they sent the letters.

I didn't get anything today either. Ugh. So Im going to call in between my classes to see when they sent them out.

They haven't sent the letters out yet. The secretary said they would send them sometime next week.

Oh ok. I guess I'll try and not worry about it until then. Thanks for the heads-up!

Hi everyone! I am wondering if anyone get any news from WSU?

I haven't gotten any news yet. I completed that network id to look at my admission status, and it said my application was incomplete. So I called the admissions at Spokane and they said they just switched servers. So, they're really behind on processing the applications. I think that might be what the hold up is since on the bottom of the interview letter it said you had to be accepted to wsu before you can be accepted to the nursing school.

Not yet, I'll post here as soon as I hear something from them. I call home everyday at lunchtime to see if my husband got the mail. I'm so nervous! Oh well, if I don't get in then there's always next fall...I really hope I get in though . Ha. this little dude's face says it all.

Oh, thanks for letting me know about that. I had been meaning to call them because mine still says "incomplete" too. That could definitely have put them behind schedule. I'm glad I'm not the only one who's online app still says "not yet reviewed".

I hope you all get in! I am applying for this the fall. If you have at least a 3.4 and you are not a transfer then you are most likely to be admitted. I applied in the Spring and was not accepted because I had a 3.2 GPA with one repeat as a WSU student. Also, your letter will arrive closer to Thanksgiving. I repeated some more courses and retaking a course right now. So my GPA will be above 3.6. Did anyone apply to other schools?
