what am i doing wrong

So this is day two of my externship and i already feel like i can ball my eyes out because i feel like when for example if i take a BP they have to check behind me but i feel singled out because ill get one thing then the MA will say well i didnt get that i got this so its like my day just went down here from there and its like i practiced and practiced BP in school so now i come to my externship site and all of a sudden im wrong or i feel like they dont really wont to teach me half of the time and i dont want that to affect my grade for my externship because i no how these MA r already they r nasty they talk about people and they give that little nasty look i just dont no what to do i could just cry

That sounds normal to me. The reason for the externship is to learn and get experience, not cuddles and validation. You've only been there for 2 days-- just roll with the punches and in time you'll gain confidence and your preceptors will probably get used to you. Chances are, this is how your first job will be too. It's a learning curve. You'll be fine.

And just for the record, that post was very difficult to read without any punctuation.
