Would I be wrong to let $$$ be the deciding factor???

I went to an interview today only to "keep my options open". I was dead set on the magnet status hospital that is a few miles up the road from this hospital. Both are about the same size but this is a for profit hospital while the magnet status is a not for profit. I had my med surg II clinical at the hospital just last semester and although I can't say I loved the hospital, I didn't hate it. The interview went really well and the interviewer was very truthful about the floor. Its a cardiac stepdown unit that is going through "staffing" issues. The hospital offered mostly the same incentives for working there as the magnet status hospital: loan repayment, tuition reimburstment, and so on. But unlike the magnet status hospital their orientation was 13 weeks (9 on days and 5 on nights) instead of 8 ( 4 each on both shifts) and there was no contract to sign (18 month commitment at Magnet status). But the deciding factor for me wasn't the pay, although Coliseum offered about 50 cents more than the magnet, but it is the extra day incentive that the hospital has. Three shifts a week is all that is needed to be fulltime but if you picked up another shift or more, you would receive your time and a half plus $10 more an hour and all your differentials as well ($3.25 for night/ $3.25 for weekend). She told me tons of extra shifts were available each month. Of course I know it'll probably be after the 13 weeks orientation that I could pick up extra days, but I know that I want to work at this hospital just because of this incentive. Although the way the interviewer talked, I could already tell that it was a stressful floor. I am a single mother and I really want to pay my loans back within a year or two if possible. I just wonder if I'm making a deal with the devil letting money be the deciding factor...
