Worried!!!

Let me start by saying, I know only the State Board can Truely Answer this Question..But..

I live in the State of Texas, I was arrested for Theft in 2005, But not convicted but recieved probation.

Has anyone on this board still been allowed in LPN school or know of anyone who has, who has a theft charge on there background.. Misdeameanor NOT Felony.

Input would be nice. Is there still a chance to be able to be a nurse with such a thing on your record?:o:o:o:o

I would just like to know before I do my declaratory order, I have already taken my Nurse Entrance test and passed
