Working in the UK

Hi,

I'm just interested in things that I would need to do to be able to work in the UK. I'm currently almost halfway through my B. nursing degree, and considering working (with my family) overseas. So far I have read that I have to do an English language test and complete an application, and if suitable a short course. But I'm not sure if my degree meets the requirements.

Any help would be greatly apreciated, thanks.

The only way really is to go through the process with the NMC or I am sure there is an email address for you to ask. Check out the NMC overseas section. Hopefully things might have improved in a few years but unless you have a way to get work permit it may be a probelm at the moment
