Working from Home?

Welcome to allnurses, I am in same position and would be interested to see responses

I'm a RN trained in Britain, with a Californian RN license. I've only been working here in America for a few months but I'm curious about work from home RN careers as my wife has a baby on the way and I'd like to be able to spend more time at home with my family. All I can think of is doing a medical transcriptionist course and seeing if I can get work from home using that qualification. Any suggestions on other options?
