Hey. I start retaking my science classes in January and now that I'm stable on bipolar meds I wanna do this the right way this time. I've read on a few threads it helps to have a NCLEX-RN book so you get used to how to take the exam and to make you think differently than the textbook does. Do any on you have any suggestions on which publisher is the best or helped them the most? There are so many options and I can't afford to buy several different ones. I appreciate it.

I didn't use the NCLEX books for regular science classes like A&P or chemistry. They do not write their questions like the NCLEX format.
O. I must've been thinking about Med-Surg. That was a few years ago. I'm just excited and thinking about what I want to get before I finish Gordon and transfer to Chamberlain. Thanks for your response. In the nursing program did you like a certain one?
I didn't mean to make it sound like I meant in my prerequisites. I rephrased the question in the NCLEX forum so I'd get responses. When I reread my original post I felt like a retard. Brain fart

Science courses - you should focus on presentations and your book.... one great tip... a lot of text books provide a website companion-where they offer animation and practice quizzes... USE THE CAMPANION WEBSITES!!! its good to test your understanding .... Read your text book ( your books should look worn out-eat and sleep with it) + take notes... I give body parts faces and attitudes (cartoonish characters in my head)... make a story in my head that goes with its function...
Don't use NCLEX
