Winter Solstice

I spent last night meditating on the past year, forgiving myself and letting go of resentments. Today is the Winter solstice, also the shgortest day of the year. Traditiuonally it represents the little death of Winter that allows the eart to rest and become abundant in Spring. Hope all aree well.
