I am in first semester @Shelby. I am class on Mon 9-12, Tues 9-12 and 1-3, Wed 9-12 and either Thur or Fri 9-12 and 1-3 for Lab. I am taking Fundamentals of Nursing, Health Assessment & Pharmacology. Don't know much yet about the difficulty level but it is a lot of info....Will have to see after 1st tests in September. Good Luck!!!!

what is hard about the 2nd semester??

The hardest part of 2nd semester for me was adjusting to the types of tests you take. In first semester the questions are more knowledge based. In 2nd semester everything is application based and you may have 4 right answers you just have to decide which one is most right.

This gets alot easier as each semester passes.

I graduated in May 09. I would say the hardest semester was definately second. But since then, they have split Peds/OB into two seperate classes. When i had to take it we had to learn it all with adjusting to the new medsurg!
