I am hoping to start pre-reqs this summer. My ultimate goal is to get my BSN. Would it be better to get my ASN first and bridge to BSN or get my AA from a CC and transfer to a university for the BSN program?

Depends entirely on your community. Do your local hospitals hire new grad ADNs? Does your community have mostly ADN graduates, or mostly BSN graduates, or equal?
From most of the job research I've done, a lot of places want experienced ADN's and for them to get their BSN within X amount of time.
And I'm really sorry if I'm communicating poorly. This is all very new to me! :)
In that case, I would go directly for the BSN.
Thank you! I appreciate it!
