Which part of Canada?

Which part in Canada is best to take the NCLEX for Nurses for a newcomer like me.

I am a Registered Nurse from the Philippines, and I am planning to start processing for NCLEX-RN maybe next month while I am still in my country. I will be coming to Canada before October 2018 and if ever I will be finished processing the NCLEX then I might take the exam in Canada.

I am not sure if taking the exam in Canada is the right thing to do. I am considering some factors like, I might be adjusting on my first few weeks/ months, second I have no close family living in Canada and third, I am not familiar with the places. I have read that there is a testing facility in Ottawa, Ontario and Montreal, Quebec.

Please advice. Thank you.
