Which classes are better to take

Anatomy and Physiology as two separate classes or take them together as A&P 1 and 2 other than that I only have 4 other prereqs which are math, microbiology, chemisty, and sociology. Which of these classes were the most difficult and which were the easiest and how hard is it to get an A on them? And how should I set them up should I take 2 semesters with 3 classes each , or 3 semesters with 2 classes each ?

I would take Anat and Phys seperately. Some schools don't accept them together. Unless you're gunning for programs that specifically lists them as a combined class requirement.

Difficulty depends on how you are as a student. If you're working or have other responsibilities then I'd take 3 semesters with 2 classes each. If you're just a student, then the 2 semesters with three classes each is fine.

It can be tough to get an A in any of those classes, but if you put in the time then you should be fine. I took 3 semesters with 2-3 classes each and I got A's in all except for Sociology. It was boring. hah.

It varies with each school. What are required for acceptance and ranking? If they are all involved in the points, then I would try to extend it as long as I could.

I would take anatomy I and then anatomy II. I would not double up. Most schools I've seen uses anatomy II as a continuation of II. If you are a decent at math, I would take a math with anatomy one. Sociology with anatomy II. Microbiology with a general education class for the degree or one you can transfer to a BSN program. Then chemistry over the summer by itself. Not the best formulation, but it will help you get the best grade.

I would also use ratetheprofessor and look at the instructor for lab and lecture.

As for easiest, there are too many factors. If you have a great teacher and time to study, then anything could be considered easiest in my opinion. If you have a horrible teacher where you pull your hair out because none of it makes sense and the teacher is so disorganized, then it can be a nightmare. My one chemistry instructor never taught the subject before and was thrown into the class 2 semesters before. I had a B in the class but I don't understand chemistry. The kid who was taking it for an easy A because he had college credit already from AP chemistry struggled in it.

I liked taking them together. At my school we would learn the physiology in lecture and anatomy in lab, and they coincided with each other, completing the puzzle.
