Where you completed your pre-reqs in NYC?

I would like to start my pre-reqs this summer. New to NYC and looking for some advises for best places to complete pre-reqs - where did you take yours? Does that school offer summer classes? What was the cost?

Many thanks!

Hey there, welcome to NY. Check out the CUNY (City University of NY) schools. The tuition there is low. The website is below, click on "College Websites" it it will give you a list of CUNY schools. Some of them (if not all) even offer nursing programs, though it is very competitive to get in. Good Luck!

:oI to am looking for a school to complete my pre-reqs, my problem is that I have not been in school in 4yrs. When I was in school my second semester i didnt do to well, i failed 2 classes that are required as a pre-clinical in cuny schools for nursing. I tried to transfer to Queensborough (cuny), I was told by an advisor I would not be accepted into the program due to the failing grade. I recieved a D grade, will any school allow me to take these classes over? Are my chances of being a nurse 0 due to a mistake I made when I was younger? Can anyone tell me what I should do there are so many schools in NYC. Interested in attending Molloy for my BA, what should I do to attain this goal? I have about 12 credits now, should I take the the pre-reqs at a community college and take all the courses I need & retake the ones I failed, then transfer to a 4yr university/college? Will Molloy or any College accept me? Are you able to retake failed pre-clinical classes? DESPERATELY SEEKING ANSWERS
