When it rains...

Hello,

I am an LVN student in my last month of class and it seems like the closer I get to graduation, The more stress i deal with outside of school!I am a single parent, I work two jobs to make ends meet but i feel like im getting close to breaking point. Disconnection letters, pawn shops, government assistance....Hopefully i will pass my NCLEX on the first attempt and better my situation with my new career in nursing.Just venting.

Thanks and God bless

yep. that's how i felt at the end of my nursing program and my CNM program. The closer graduation got, the longer the days became, and the more problems started piling up in my personal life. And stupid stuff, like my laptop breaking halfway through my final project, or my kid getting sick during the last week of clinicals, etc. I rear ended someone on the way home from one of my last clinical rotations!

I felt like I was dragging myself to the finish line with two broken legs. It sucks! But you will be on the other side before you know it, and you will be so dingdang proud of yourself.

Yes indeed!I hope this career will be as lucrative as possible, I plan to sign up to pursue my BSN after I get all my finances in order
