When can i get my ATT?

I need help! i dont know what my next step... I got an email from New Mexico BON that the grant me my eligibility last Jan. 18. Since then I check my account at pearson everyday but still my status state "eligibility pending". What would I do? I am worried Because I heared that ATT in New Mexico is valid only for 3 months. Please help me! Do you think I need to call them or just wait for their email? Do share if you have same experience. Thank you!

"eligibility pending"....that means pearson didn't get your elig.letter from new mexico bon yet. you might want to email new mexico bon for that, or give them a call to be sure. ( email add and phone number you can find in their website). you are not the only one who had the same situation before, a friend of mine didn't get hers until two weeks after applying for att via pearson.
