Whats the point???

................................................................................I am so tired of looking for job at the moment.I am out of funds too as they all want you to come in and fill application;can they have an online application instead of wasting my little money to just fill out application.Experience and experience left and right is what they all wanted atleast 6months or a year!!!where are we going to get one when none of you agencies,facilities among others is willing to give me a single chance to proof myself;you are more than welcome to fire me if you think i can't though,but who is willing to give me and us lpn and other nurses a chance??????:crying2::crying2::crying2:

    You are better off applying in person you have a better chance of meeting someone face to face and making an impression. Applying on line sticks because you are just another resume along with the hundreds of others. Make yourself stand out, be professional and dress for an interview every time. Don't come across like you are begging.
