What to do

Pt is at a ALF that has LE edema and scabbing and drainage. Patient has refused to go to a WCC, PCP who visits the ALF has not been to see the patient after I have asked several times. A WOCN nurse that is PRN for our company has seen her. THe ALF does not follow orders with creams and tubigrips. THey feel she needs compression boots but has not been evaluated by a MD. Everytime I go see her 3x/wk her legs are wrapped with gauze and no tubigrips on. She finally agreed to go see a wound MD. Was suppose to be yesterday, last week I called the MD office and gave report. Found out that she was not taken to the appt because the ALF is in lockdown because of a virus and no one is going to MD appts and no appt made. I will go see her today but I do not know what else to do. Any suggestions
