What and how to study for the NCLEX-PN?

Im taking a required class to assist with taking the NCLEX. The trouble for me is, I feel like I don't know anything especially Pharm, yet when the consultant was asking questions about a particular disease process in most cases I was the main one answering questions out of my entire class. I was always a good student (not straight A's or barely passing) but Im not sure if I'm stressing too much or do I really know my stuff. I feel like the only way I'm able to answer questions is because I use what I know about the A&P of the particular system, listen to the deviation and I just make up what I think will happen. I also dont know what to study. How can anyone possibly re-learn their entire Adult Health Deviation Book and expect to retain any information to be used to answer NCLEX questions? Can someone give me any advice; all will be accepted and considered. I will be eternally greatful.

Well, I guess that's a good point. You can't possibly memorize everything about nursing to make sure you pass the test. That would be impossible. The best thing is to get more than one source of practice tests, and practice alot! I don't think any one source is perfect for this, so if you do more than one you will get a couple different perspectives. The ncsbn.org site has practice tests that they charge for, kinda expensive, but a good program. They are the people in charge of making this exam, so they ought to know about practicing for it.
