WHat to do now?

Well recently was hired at a rehab facility have been there for 6months and its a nice place and all but its new and patients are hard to come by, so i have been canceled a lot. just recently i was dx with plantar facitis and tibal posterior tear. so now iam in a boot for 7 weeks

and unable to work, but currently iam drawing short term disability. About 7 months ago i placed a resume into a tele nurse position and they called for an interview and my chances of getting this job as a case manager is great. Can someone give my some advise, i would greatly appreciate it.
