What to do next?

Hi guys,

I have recently took the NCLEX exam and passed 1st week of October. I then applied for a job in Texas online for one of the hospitals and with the help of my former university classmates who work in same hospital I was interviewed by the hospital HR and offered to sponsor me. I know that there is currently an ongoing retrogression but I am just extremely pleased with what has been happening for the past few weeks. I was told that that my details has now been forwarded to their immigration lawyers.

Hence, my question what to do next? Do I need to apply for VSC now or should I wait for the instructions of their immigration lawyers?

What other steps should i do now?

Any advice or suggestions greatly appreciated.

Visascreen, asap - it takes months to complete, and without it you can't apply for a green card. The lawyers won't be able to do anything for you until you get a visascreen.

Yes agree to apply for VSC now but when going CP route then you do not need your certificate to start the process, that may change in the future but better to get it out of the way as once you have it it is valid for 5 years

Nuieve and Silverdragon thank you very much for your replies. I have now also read the separate thread about VSC. I am hoping to send my my application by mail tomorrow instead of doing if online. Am i right in saying that I don't need to send any photocopies of my diplomas as I have already done my CES with them?

What is very confusing is the signature which says " do not print " then write the entire name (first, middle, last)? Should I write my full name then my signature? Apologies if it has been asked before. Many thanks.

If you have done CES with CGFNS then you do not need to resend any documents. Not sure on signature
