What to expect from a screening interview?

I graduate this month and I had my first call back. I have a phone 'screening interview' with human resources this week and I'm trying to figure out how to prepare myself. I don't know if she's just going to ask things ike my GPA, graduation date, etc or if there will be standard interview questions too. Ex: "Tell me about a time when...." (I hate those questions). I'm really excited and I don't want to mess this up. My impression is that if I 'pass' this I get forwarded on to the unit manager...is that correct?

I did one a couple weeks ago and she asked the following questions:

Tell me about yourself.

Why did you decided to become a nurse?

Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?

What shift would you like to work.

Thank you :) This really helped!

I just finished and from what I can remember she asked...

How did you find out about this position?

What made you go into nursing?

Why do you want to work for ____ ?

What are some things you would like to work on?

Tell me about a customer service situation.

Any questions for me?

I'm not sure how I did honestly. I think it was going pretty well until the last one...I had a great story but was so nervous I rattled on, and missed some of the main points. :o At first she asked me where I was located, what I knew about the area, etc. She typed everything I said and was going to forward it on to the nursing manager. So we'll see if I get a call back. Like I said, I think it went well until the last part. If I get another phone screen I'm going to type up EXACTLY what I want to say! Didn't think I would get so nervous...
