What elective will help me the most?

I am taking a very nontraditional route to my RN. I graduated in 2008, (age 17) and went to a community college where I took General courses (focusing on a Nursing Major of course). Immediately after graduating in the summer I took Microbio. My first semester I completed AP1, Chem, Eng. Semester 2 I completed APII, Sociology, Eng2 and Psych. For my school, I don't know about yours, that's all of the pre-req courses they required of me.

I decided to do it this way because I was a year ahead, graduating young, I'm still only 18, and I'm just four 9 credit courses from my RN.

Anyways, I want to take a second half summer class that will help me with my clinicals starting in the fall. I just really have no idea what will help me. After I do graduate, I will be going back to school to obtain my Bachleors degree, and eventually pursuing a CRNA, but I feel takin those classes now will just be a waste.

Do you have any suggestions of courses that might be benefitial to me, or just I just relax this summer?

Have you any interest in taking a business course? I say this because many nurses are not trained in business and the hospital administrations do consider healthcare to be a business. You would gain an understanding of what you will encounter from a different perspective if you gain some insight into the corporate mentality; and, be better prepared for advancement.

That is a very good suggestion. That is exactly what I'm looking for. Thank you so much and I am going to look into that.
