What does CSMT stand for when it comes to a musculosketal assessment?

All I know is that the T means Temperature and the C means color I think..

    Circulation, sensitivity and movement should be the others.

    I usually chart CMS intact. If the circulation is intact it should imply that temp is OK, but not a bad idea to add it.
