Good evening everyone ...newbie here as of today and first time posting.
I have been required to take a test by Wellstar Cobb for the position of Nursing Care Associate. I must pass this test before I even get invited to interview. My question is does anyone know what I should be studying or brushing up on for this test or have any idea?
I am very nervous because I have been out the workforce for about 4 years and I hope I have not lost my touch.
The test is tomorrow so any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated more than you could imagine.
:up:Please cross your fingers for me and hope to hear from you soon:up:

I am sure you will do fine. I work for Wellstar as an NCA and the test is a very basic test that asks questions about patient care. It's really short, really easy and nothing to stress over. It literally took me maybe a couple of minutes, if that, to complete. And I don't know how much of a bearing it has on you getting hired. If they like you, they'll bring you on regardless of how you score on that thing, I'm sure.
Thank you very much. I just wanted to know what to expect and you really eased my mind. I'm sure I can recall the basics with no problem. I'll be sure to let you know how it turns out. Are you at Wellstar Cobb?
You're welcome and Good luck! :) I work at Kennestone.

Hey all,
I'm trying to become an NCA and was told that I have to take a 3 day NCA certificate course. Where or through whom do I take the NCA course?
I have called several institutions, but none of them offer this course. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated
Thank you so much in advance and hope to hear from someone soon!
