I just wanted to say thank you for all the nurses that helped others on that awful day. I honor all of those that were lost on that day, lost loved ones or suffered from the horrific events as they were just going about their daily activities. When they got up that morning they never intended it to be their last day on this earth!

Whether it is the anniversery of 9/11 or, really, any 'other' day, no one wakes up and says, " I will breathe my last breath today," And, on the fateful morning of 9/11 many did not know what they were in for as the morning rolled on. Did we all gasp, and mourn from the shock? Yes, and I believe, like you ILUVIVT, that we should NEVER forget how we felt that morning. Complacency can set in too quickly, and then we become numb until the next horrific event occurs... Stay awake people! Be vigilant and know that you must be willing to jump into action whenever the need arises. This world isn't getting safer, but more dangerous by the minute.
