Wayne State University Nursing Program

Hey everyone,

I'm interested in applying to Wayne state university nursing program as a transfer student. I would like to know if anyone has applied recently that had a few repeats on their transcripts and was accepted into the nursing program? I searched this website for possible answers and everything seems to be a little outdated (2008-2012) and I know nursing programs are always changing which means that info may not be helpful (relevant) anymore. So I'm starting a new thread to help me and people in the future that may have the same questions. Also, if you was accepted into the program what was your G.P.A with the repeats? I have repeated three classes which is anatomy and physiology 1, Sociology, and Lifespan and development (psychology 2). I took these courses in the summer and failed because that was my first time taking summer classes and online classes ever. I received a DR from anatomy and physiology 1, D from lifespan and development, and an E from sociology. I retook anatomy 1 this fall an received an B. I plan retaking the other courses prior to admissions I will probably receive A's in those classes. I'm super hesitant about applying due to my repeats.
