Destress, deep breath and focus on giving your best answer for each question. That's all you have to do! You can prepare for that.In terms of studying and learning the exact content you need for your specific test, there is no way for any of us to prepare for that. How many ppl come out saying "nothing I reviewed was on there" or "I didn't know any of the meds". The whole point of nclex is to figure out if you will act safely when confronted with something you DON'T know about. So just pick the best, most safe answer that displays your judgement as a nurse. That's easy to do, you've been studying for over 2 years so you are for sure prepared :)Don't go in there without a plan to handle your stress though!! Good luck!

I take NCLEX on Thurs. I have been studying nonstop but feel SO unprepared. I am literally on the verge of tears every single second because I am so stressed out. i want this so badly. Im so afraid of getting home, doing the PVT and going to the cc page. advice?!

I take mine the same day. What you should be doing now is mentally preparing yourself. You went through 4 yrs of schooling and it was not for nothing. You had to retain something. Think positive thoughts. I understand what it is like to be anxious and defeated bc I struggle with this every day. Don't read about ppl failing on here. Remember anxiety can be a good thing where it pushes you to do better or a bad thing where it is dibilitating stopping you from doing your best. If you believe in God just trust him and pray.

Try to contain yourself - this obsessing is not helpful at all. And I need to say that this attitude that you have to know immediately what the results are - - a sorry result of our 'now, now, now' society. I am sorry that it is possible to know so quickly.

Take some deep breaths, try try TRY to give yourself a break. Take care of yourself.

I found a ton of motivational/inspirational quotes and put them on post it notes in my car, on my laptop, and in my study area. I know its kind of silly, but it makes me smile and believe that I CAN and WILL pass the test!
