I'm sure every program is different and I don't expect anyone to know for sure, but what have you all found from your programs is the percent of people that turn down admitance to a program? For instance, I'm #10 on the waiting list. The lady told me they accept ,I just heard, 50 to the program. Not knowing till the last minute is going to make it hard to prepare it seems.
Thanks for any advice.

My school accepts 72 per semester...typically they take 12-15 off the alternate list. I dont know if that helps at all since very school is very different with very different application processes. But its the only info I have to offer! :)

Im not sure what your case will be but i was accepted into a nursing program and waitlisted in another, there were 15 of us on the aitlist and they were calling me repeatedly to offer me the spot, in the program i got into they had plenty of spots because life happens, people dont end up taking the spot and those same people get accepted to other schools, Good Luck!!!
