Waiting for verification from transcripts

Just curious if anyone else has ran into a problem such as this. My transcripts were sent (NCBON) priority mail on April 28th, signed and received for on May 2nd (they do not check PO box daily). All other portion of my eligibility process only took a week at greatest to be updated to received, however, my transcripts still say they haven't been received. I emailed the exam dept for a general reply email saying it could take UP TO 10 days. Has it really taken anyone else this long. I'm extremely impatient and seriously loosing sleep at night waiting for my ATT.
