waiting for results!!

Took the NCLEX on 7-7. I live in TN, no quick results!! I got 75 questions, but I really think I failed! I just have a gut feeling. The embarassing thing is I graduated nursing school with a 3.953 G.P.A.!! I can't imagine having to admit I failed this test when everyone is so sure there is no way I would have failed! The questions I got that should not have been hard, I couldn't remember the answers to! What really worries me is it didn't seem like I got all that many priority, management questions. I am afraid that suggests I did not do well on the lower level stuff. However, I really did not get a lot of any one thing, which I guess is a good thing. I should know by Thursday. I would have paid virtually anything to have got my results in a couple of days!!

I tested on 7/8 along with ~7 other classmates...we were all outside talking and I felt exactly as you did(ie check all that apply for s/sx of bac. meningitis- uh duh!) and couldn't remember getting all that many priority questions! I also got 75 questions. It was an absolutely dreadful feeling!

Called the BON on Friday after the test to ask how often they update their website (License Lookup) and the lady told me to call back Mon and she'd give me my results. Apparently, I did something right! Believe it or not I passed! I think you'll be fine, I'm sending you some luck!

Can you call TN BON and try to find out? Or ask how often they update their website?

Hang in there! I took it 7/7 too - so let's keep our fingers crossed together! I live in a state where they don't do quick results either - I would have paid much $$$ to find out by now. I think it's common to feel like you bombed it - so far everyone that I knew that took it feels the same way. Positive thinking!!! :)

The TN BON has a license verification number that I can call, but the results are taking 7 days to come up on that. The license verification web site is taking 8 days. The TN BON won't tell you over the phone here. They were snotty to one of my classmates for calling because the web page was down!

It should come up on the phone after noon on Thursday.

I was expecting my VA BON to be like that too (state employees and all-no offense anyone!) and it kind of shocked me that they would tell me over the phone...but I guess it is public information right?
