i believe its 45days after failing the nclex to retest but do we also have to wait for the state to process the application which takes about 6 weeks? or can we retest && wait for the state ??

In my state u turn ur papers in and it took them like two weeks to process and overall I got my att in two weeks and was able to schedule outside the 45 day period. It won't take as long as it did when u first took the test because they already have you in their system.

Usually when resitting the process time isn't as long and you can not resit the exam until 45 days have passed.
