Wagon wheel schedule

i work in a nursing home and we work a 4 days on and 2 days off with this we only have one weekend of every six weeks this is not working so i ask about the wagon wheel schedule they are all good with it but need to know how it works we staff with six CNA can any one help me out on how to make the schedule greatly be appreciated...... THANKS:)
