visa screen querries

Greetings, l recently passed the NCLEX under california board of nursing. My question is with regards to my visa screen application. The board just sent me a congratulatory note and asked for my ssn for them to issue my permanent license, how can l can l fill the question in the registration validation form in the visa screen form when the board did not supplied my registration number etc... pls help.. thank you very much.

Congratulations on passing the NCLEX! I would contact the the California board of nursing and ask them what your registration number is. Did they include a phone number on the letter they sent you? I wish you the very best of luck and a very happy career as a RN
