venting about MD offices

I did a SOC on a pt on Thurs. Called to report and request POC approval. MD and his nurse out until Monday. I leave a message. :stone

When I get in this AM I call again. Nurse is busy she will call me back. I call again to update from my office number to my cell number and informed she is still busy. Try again this afternoon and told by receptionist. "We have your message from this morning, she is probably just busy and will call you later" :angryfire

OK, I understand busy.... I'm a nurse too. :angryfire But common respect would be nice. I know that at some point she has been waiting for orders and being left with her hands tied.

I'm hoping she will call me later today because I would like to go back out and see this pt again at some point.
