Veeb 2018-2019

Hello ladies, hope everyone is having a happy new year and is working towards accomplishing goals. I was wondering if anyone plans on attending the LPN program at Veeb this year. I'm taking the entrance examination the 20th of January. I'm so anxious abt school tht I've already applied for financial aid. Is anyone else excited? Any advice from students tht are still attending? Upon graduating how much can a new lpn earn in the first yr?

If we already have a tablet can we use that?

No you have to purchase it from VEEB.

Read your facts sheet. Your tuition is 18,000 including your books which will be a Ebook if you prefer text it will be at additional cost. No need to purchase it from any students . Read your fact sheet for 2019-2020.

I did. I'm asking for her hard copies to supplement

I agree. Simply stating the fact that the e books are already included and u could spend a couple more dollars for a New than used

@treats123 Actually it depends on your preference .. that’s why I said personally some of us purchased both ... because that’s a preference. Maybe you prefer the ebooks some people still rather have textbooks . There’s many people who have both .

N it’s not “ included” you have to pay for it separately..& I did but I also purchased the books because that was My preference

It’s not included. On the facts sheet, it’s listed under “additional fees”.

To be honest with you it depends on the instructor. The main reason they want you to buy those specific pants is because they have extra material attached kind of like shorts so that your underwear doesnt show also the cut of the pants looks professional. There are people in my clinical group that purchased different pants that are cheaper but look similar and haven't gotten in trouble. Just keep in mind if you do that dont wear bright colored underwear that will show through because that what will make it obvious you have the wrong pants and you will get in trouble, that actually happened to someone. To be honest i would just play it safe and get the required ones just buy one pain and wash them evey day that what a lot of people did. Lol FYI your clinical uniform is what your going to wear for graduation. Also I bought my white shoes on amazon for $13 if your interested in saving money that way. If you're someone that gets cold I would reccomend buying the blue jacket for the class room or get white, black, or navy blue long sleeve shirts to wear underneath. I suggest white because you can use it for clinicals also. Hope this information is helpful! Congrats on getting in and good luck!
