VCU nursing program

I plan on transferring to VCU in the fall of 2011 to enter into the traditional BSN program. Is there anyone who can give me any advice on what I should do prior to going. Besides taking the necessary classes, should I be doing anything extra to better prepare myself? If there's anyone who has already done the program or just started I would very much appreciate it.

    My daughter is a freshman in the school of nursing at VCU. She was one of 32 girls accepted into the program as a freshman. Are you trying to enter as a freshman or a sophmore?
